		<description>When you say that the industry standard for a recruiters share of the hourly wage is between 10 and 20 per cent, are you referring to the recruiters share of the margin or of the revenue amount?  

Also, is 1- - 20 per cent the amount that would go to the staffing company or to the individual recruiter?  

Any insight into this would be much appreciated.
